We have done our absolute best to color match the product photos with the real-life appearance, but due to the plush and high-performance nature of the materials, appearance of color will slightly vary in different lighting conditions.

For small messes, you may spot clean using a damp cloth and mild detergent.

To wash the removable cover,

1. Unzip the bottom cover to remove the core

2. Machine wash the cover using a gentle cycle (you may leave the bolsters inside the cover during washing)

To dry the removable cover, machine dry using an air-dry or low-heat cycle. Once fully dry, reinsert the core into the cover and zip it back up for your pup to enjoy again. For a deeper clean,

1. Unzip the bottom cover to remove the core

2. Rinse the core using a shower or garden hose

3. Gently shake off excess water and allow to drip/air dry*

*note: Avoid placing the core in direct sunlight while drying.

To remove the bolsters, use the zipper where the bolsters meet the base on the outer side of the dog bed. To replace the bolsters* after washing,

1. Insert one short (side) bolster and zip to the first corner.

2. Insert the long bolster and zip to the next corner.

3. Insert the remaining short bolster and zip the cover completely closed.

*TIP: we find it much easier to insert the bolsters after inserting the core.

Shipping:

Products usually ship within 1-3 business days. We currently only offer free 7-10 day ground shipping to the United States and its territories and military bases.

The bed arrives fully assembled in a standard vacuum storage bag; please reuse this! Unzip the bag and remove the bed, then leave the bed to spring back to full size before using.

We gladly accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please use the contact form on the "Contact Us" page of our website. We will try to get back to you within 1-3 business days. Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 1-5 business days. To be eligible for a return, the dog bed must be in good condition -- free of tears, chew damage, stains, or odors.
